Leaving for Holiday

Please remember to take care of yourselves! Many of us work crazy hours and it's easy to forget to take care of our health. It's not always possible to take a few weeks off from work, or even a few days. But at least try to set aside a few hours for just you and your peace of mind. If you don't do it for yourself, no one is going to do it for you.
