A lot of people shy away from the Tarot de Marseille due to the cards of the Minor Arcana. They can be challenging for sure. A lot of decks these days use illustrations on the Minor Arcana instead of the older illustrations that present a certain number of the suits' symbols (Coins, Swords, Batons, and Cups) in a geometric pattern.

My issue with such decks has been that they present only one possibility for each card according to the vision of the artist. There's nothing wrong with decks composed of fully illustrated Minor Arcana. I use a few such decks myself. Yet I really do think that possessing an understanding of other visions of the cards is very helpful in order to develop a deeper understanding of the meanings. 

I learned Tarot based on numerology. It really simplifies the entire process. With a basic understanding of the numerical progression from 1 to 10, combined with the nature of each Suit, reading the cards can become a much more dynamic process that's beyond interpreting a single pastoral scene.

The Aces begin the process of opening each suit and their possibilities. The cards then progress through development, challenges, breakthroughs, culmination, and ultimately realization of the cycles (found at the 10's). I will be posting more in the future to explore this more fully.

Something that I've always loved about my home city is the MUSIC. It's everywhere. During the day, musicians play in the streets of the French Quarter. At night they take to the clubs. It spills out everywhere, at most all times of the day. You never know what style of music you'll here as you walk down the street. Yet all of it will have the stamp of New Orleans pride riding amongst its notes.

Believe in them or not, most everyone these days has heard of the concept of past lives.

Reincarnation is an ancient tenet that's still part of many people's belief systems. Whether or not you believe in it is a matter of your own faith. I'm not one to try and convince anyone of my own convictions.

Past lives are very real in another sense, whether or not you believe in literal reincarnation. Every day of your past constitutes a past life.

You could even say that a minute ago was truly a past life. You are not the person you were then. You have changed, hopefully grown, and are at least a slightly different person than you were before.

The only life you have right now is the moment you are currently living. Each following moment is indeed a future existence. What was done before,  brought us here, and what we think, say and do will result in who we become.

The great thing I've found about psychic readings is they help us to become truly aware of right now, where we are this very moment, so we are empowered to create each successive moment with what we truly desire in our lives. Looking at the future and what’s headed our way, psychic readings allow us the gift of foresight in order augment or change things completely.

If you want to take control over your life, of each following moment, then start by examining what you think about on a daily basis. What you think about will manifest in what you say, what you do, and who you will become. It isn’t a process you do now, today, just one time. It’s a practice that is best done daily, every day, becoming aware of what you are using to fuel your dreams.

What is your dream? What is your personal vision for your own future? The only way to achieve it is to start manifesting it now. Begin the life you want, right now! There is no other time to start. There is only the now for you to do it.

In addition to destiny, there’s the wonderful concept of free will that can change things if you are willing and ready to put forth the work.

What are you waiting for? I know we all have challenges and difficult situations in our lives. Even so, change can begin now, right here, to create that which you have been dreaming. Is it probable? Maybe not, but it sure is possible!

The week has been incredible! I strongly feel that life is much more about the journey than the destination. It's important to stay open to new opportunities for growth. Life is always offering chances to work on our inner qualities as well as improving our external circumstances.

Making a fresh start in life means being willing to lose sight of the shoreline. You'll never get very far if you are unwilling to stray far from the pier.

Pushing ahead and pursuing dreams and passions means thinking outside the usual zone of comfort and daring to even make a fool of one's self at times.

My life as a clairvoyant intuitive has really taught me to hold onto faith, the knowledge that a brighter day is always possible. Sometimes opportunities are not obvious, just waiting to be recognized. At other times it's about creating the opportunities that we are looking for.

Today, let go of fear, and be willing to allow the shoreline to disappear as you embrace the open horizon of fresh starts.  Having a psychic reading can provided needed clarity for your new journey!

Sometimes a dream is all you have to hold onto when things get rough in life. There are times when everything fails, when the foundation crumbles and the world seems to fall out from under your feet.

Sound familiar? If you're anything like me, it's all too familiar. Life is always dynamic, never remaining in a static state more than what seems to be a moment or maybe two.

I grew up knowing things that others seemed to not pay attention to. I always thought it was odd that the adults couldn't see certain things headed their way. Like a lot of kids, I learned to hide my latent abilities as a clairvoyant psychic, thinking something was wrong with me. Isn't it odd how we learn to deny ourselves the validity of such abilities?

It took many years for me to admit to others that I am an intuitive psychic. I mean, what sort of popularity in our culture would that grant a kid in high school?
